Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of clients by understanding their financial objectives and recommending suitable wealth management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, conducting financial needs analysis, presenting investment and planning options, and following up to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for product information, documentation,



and service support, while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The Relationship Manager is expected to achieve defined business targets, adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and represent BFC Capital India in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications
• Strong client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.
