Roles and Responsibilities
• Execute a detailed implementation plan, ensuring the successful deployment of our software within a specified timeframe for each client.
• Conduct in-person / virtual training sessions with clients to guide them through the software, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the system effectively.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to client queries, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Work closely with the Tech & QA team to resolve any technical issues that arise during or after implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to the client.
• Collaborate with the Product team by sharing valuable user feedback and insights to drive continuous product improvement.
• Create & Update comprehensive user training materials and guides to support clients in their ongoing use of the software.




• Provide clients with regular updates on the implementation progress, maintaining transparency and keeping the project on track.
• Lead webinars to train multiple clients simultaneously, maximizing efficiency and ensuring a broad understanding of the software's capabilities.

Skills & Qualifications
• Degree Preferred –B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, Inter ICAWA
• Strong understanding of AP / AR processes.
• Quick learner with the ability to adopt new software.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Solid analytical abilities for issue resolution.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Skilled in creating user guides and conducting training sessions.
• Proficiency in SAP is a plus
• Experience: 3 year
