What You’ll Be Doing
• Work closely on the business development and growth side of PlayStat.ai within the sports ecosystem
• Build and maintain relationships with racquet sports tournament organisers across Bengaluru
• Identify and onboard new tournaments onto PlayStat.ai
• Develop partnerships with academies, clubs,



sports facilities, institutions, and communities
• Drive adoption of PlayStat.ai within the local racquet sports ecosystem
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across academies, tournament organisers, and other potential partners
• Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations to follow-ups, negotiations, contracting, and closure
• Take end-to-end ownership of commercial discussions, including presenting proposals, handling objections, negotiating pricing, and closing deals
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and partnership targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Conduct on-ground meetings, tournament visits, and partnership discussions
• Coordinate client onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing engagement with internal teams
