Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and creative Architect with 4–7 years of experience in an architectural firm, preferably with project experience in restaurants, retail spaces, and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities• Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Handle projects from concept development to execution and completion.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and project execution teams.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants,



and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
• 4–7 years of experience working in an architectural firm.
• Proven project experience in restaurants, retail spaces, and hospitals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design software.
• Robust design, technical drawing, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage project deadlines and work collaboratively with teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Chennai or Bangalore.

Preferred Candidate Profile• Candidates with experience handling commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and retail architectural projects from design development through execution will be preferred.
