Role Summary
An internal operations role managing the full PO-to-GRN cycle for the Hardlines category (Toys, Baby, Home, Furnishing, Hardlines). Works with brand managers to resolve master data gaps in the P2P planning system, raises accurate shortfall quantities, and coordinates with supply chain to ensure on-ground execution. Not externally facing — frees up 15-20 hours/week of collective bandwidth by centralising routine ops ownership in one dedicated person.

Experience & Skills Needed
REQUIRED
- 1-3 years in supply chain operations, category ops, or e-commerce operations (FMCG, consumer goods, or marketplace)
- End-to-end PO workflow experience: PO creation, vendor master management, and GRN
- Hands-on experience with any ERP or planning system — SAP, P2P, Unicommerce, Increff, or similar
- Excel proficiency:



VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, shortfall tracking across multiple SKUs and vendors
- Proven ability to coordinate and get things done through brand managers and supply chain teams without formal authority
VALUABLE TO HAVE
- Experience in multi-brand distribution or a marketplace-first e-commerce business
- Familiarity with master data management concepts and common causes of data gaps
- Prior exposure to working with brand partner or vendor-side teams
