The role
You will be the first point of contact for Valence's customers and prospects, and the person who keeps our office and orders running smoothly. You find and qualify leads,



set up meetings for our sales engineer, and keep quotes, invoices, payments and deliveries moving with our supply chain and accounts team. This role gives you real ownership, variety and room to grow as Valence scales.

What you will do
Sales and leads
• Find leads and connect with potential customers in aerospace, space, UAV, drone and defence.
• Call prospects, pitch Valence and our product range, qualify or disqualify them, and book meetings for the sales engineer.
• Win back customers we have lost.
• Track trade shows through the year and build a calendar for the sales team and founders to visit.

Orders and customers
• Answer customer queries over email and phone.
• Follow up on quotes, and help the sales engineer prepare quotes and proforma invoices.
• Maintain records of purchase orders: open, closed and pending.
• Follow up on payments with the accounts executive and the sales engineer.
