Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Field Sales Executive is responsible for visiting retail and institutional outlets, presenting brand offerings, and ensuring product visibility and availability across assigned territories. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, distributors,



and key decision makers, while consistently meeting sales targets and performance metrics. Day-to-day activities include executing sales plans, conducting market visits, monitoring competitor activity, collecting feedback from trade and customers, and reporting insights to the internal team. The Field Sales Executive also supports promotional activities, drives new account acquisition, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to strengthen brand presence in the region.
Qualifications

Daily 5-6 visits to clients locations .
• Good experience in Field & corporate sale.
• Good in Excel.
• Robust field sales, business development, and channel management skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Competence in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management across retail, trade, and institutional customers.
