We build AI agents, enterprise software and products for clients across government, defence, healthcare, fintech and beyond, and we ship fast: working prototypes in days, production systems in weeks. We're looking for an engineer who can take an idea and ship it as a working product, covering data, model, backend, frontend and deployment.

What you'll do

• Own our fintech products. Set the vision and roadmap for the AI products we build for banks, investment managers and other financial institutions. Decide what we build, what we don’t and why.
• Know the client’s world. Work alongside clients in retail banking, investment banking and asset management as part of their team, not a vendor. Learn how their desks, operations and risk teams really work, and find where AI can make a measurable difference.
• Stay hands-on. Prototype in code, dig into the data, review model outputs and work side by side with our engineers to get products shipped. You’ll lead from the codebase, not a slide deck.




• Translate between finance and engineering. Turn client needs into precise technical requirements. Explain what our systems can and can’t do in terms a portfolio manager or chief risk officer will trust.
• Set the bar for rigour. Define how we measure success. Design the evaluations, backtests and benchmarks that prove our products are accurate, robust and explainable enough for a regulated industry.
• Build for regulation. Bring compliance, model risk and data security into product decisions from day one. Work closely with our CLO so that everything we ship meets the standards financial institutions expect.

About you

• You have 5+ years of experience across software engineering, quantitative research or product roles.
• You are a solid engineer. You write clean, production-quality code, ideally in Python, and you have built real systems with machine learning or large language models.
