Role Description This is a full-time, on-site RCM (Resident Construction Manager, as defined by the organization) role based in Damanjodi. The role involves leading a team of 100+ skilled and unskilled workers in piping contract at damanjodi, tracking costs and budgets,



and ensuring accurate records for billing and reporting including recovery of billing as against the project client meeting. The RCM professional will coordinate with project coordinator, engineers, and site teams to structure and organise work completion, verify quantities, and support timely invoicing and collections. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project milestones, preparing reports and summaries, maintaining compliance with company policies and client requirements, and supporting continuous improvement of processes. The individual will also assist in risk identification, follow up on pending approvals, and contribute to maintaining strong client and vendor relat
ionships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in project coordination and experience in piping project from commencement to Hydro testing and commissioning, including maintaining protocols, preparing reports, and organizing contract files, billing and client facing.
