Job Purpose

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) with 10-12 years of experience in the NBFC and Banking domain. The candidate must have solid functional knowledge of Loan Management System (LMS) and Collections & Recovery processes, together with a good understanding of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL. Knowledge of Loan Origination System (LOS) will be an added advantage.

The role will bridge Business and Technology teams and will be responsible for requirement management, solutioning, impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, testing support, release readiness, and post-production stabilization.

Business Analysis & Solutioning

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into clear techno-functional solutions and implementation-ready requirements.




• Perform system impact analysis and identify assumptions, risks, constraints, and cross-application dependencies.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and drive clarifications, approvals, and sign-offs.

LMS Domain Expertise

• Loan booking, disbursement, loan servicing, repayment processing, and EMI schedule management.
• Interest calculation, charges, penalties, waivers, refunds, prepayment, foreclosure, and closure.
• Loan restructuring, rescheduling, delinquency handling, reconciliation, and accounting impacts.
• LMS integration with upstream and downstream applications.

Collections & Recovery Expertise

• DPD and bucket management, allocation strategies, field collections, and tele-calling.
• Dunning, promise-to-pay, settlement, waivers, repossession, legal recovery, and write-off.
• Agency management, collection performance tracking, MIS, and workflow automation.
