The facility will initially focus on White Fused Alumina and Specialty Calcined Alumina, with a combined capacity of 120,000 TPY and a roadmap to reach 300,000 TPY across seven product lines by 2030. TAC supplies high-performance materials for critical applications in refractories, abrasives, and technical ceramics, with a robust emphasis on quality, precision, and sustainability. The plant is designed on Industry 4.0 principles, with digital manufacturing, real-time monitoring, advanced quality controls, and energy-efficient processes. Role Description
The Head of Sales – India is a full-time,



on-site position based in Kolkata. As TAC's senior commercial leader in India, you will drive growth for our specialty alumina products across the Indian market. You will build the business and the team from the ground up. You will develop and execute the India sales strategy, build strong relationships with key customers in the refractories, abrasives, and technical ceramics industries, and lead account planning to grow revenue and market share. You will build, lead, and mentor the India sales team, set clear performance goals, and ensure disciplined pipeline management and forecasting. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts and long-term supply agreements, coordinating with operations and supply chain for timely order fulfillment, and tracking market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
