? About the Role
You will review and enhance undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) psychology curricula, ensuring academic accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current research and industry practices.

✅ Key Responsibilities
• Review syllabi, course content, learning outcomes, and unit structures.
• Evaluate academic depth and relevance for UG and PG programmes.
• Identify content gaps, overlaps, and outdated material.
• Recommend relevant textbooks, research papers, case studies, and assessment methods.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback within agreed timelines.

? Who Should Apply?
• A Master’s degree in Psychology,



Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Counselling, or a related field.
• A PhD or PhD candidacy is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in curriculum design or syllabus development in higher education.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or supervising PhD candidates or postgraduate researchers.
• Strong subject knowledge in organisational psychology, leadership, and workplace training and coaching.

? Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
