Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive role is a full time on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting PILON ENGINEERING’s solutions in reactors, flow chemistry, and process development.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and executing market plans, coordinating sales and marketing campaigns, and presenting technical solutions in collaboration with the engineering team. The Sales Marketing Executive will prepare proposals, follow up on leads, support negotiations, and maintain accurate sales and marketing reports. The role also includes representing the company at industry events, building strong professional networks, and providing feedback to improve service offerings.
Qualifications & Must Have Skills:
• Demonstrated skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Expert in MS tools like ppt, word, excel etc.
• Strong Market Research capabilities to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to manage pipelines, close deals, and achieve targets.
