We're building an ambitious consumer brand from India for the global market, with the US as a key market. This is an prospect to be part of a team building a global brand from the ground up, where creative work directly influences how people discover, perceive, and buy our products.

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone who goes beyond editing videos.
Someone who understands why certain ads convert, why some content gets shared, what makes people stop scrolling, and how to turn those insights into better creative.
You'll work closely with the founders and growth team to shape Dr. Water's creative direction across Meta ads, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. You'll analyse winning creatives,



develop new concepts, edit videos, experiment with formats, and help build our social media presence.
This isn't a role where you'll simply receive a brief and edit a video. We want someone who can question the brief, bring new ideas to the table, understand what's working in the market, and take ownership of the creative process from concept to execution.
You're not just joining as a video editor. You're helping build a global consumer brand.

What You'll Do

1. Creative Strategy & Meta Ads

• Analyse Meta ad creatives to understand hooks, messaging, storytelling, formats, offers, and creative patterns that drive performance.
• Study competitor ads, emerging trends, and successful D2C brands to identify opportunities for Dr. Water.
• Develop new ad concepts, angles, hooks, and scripts for different customer segments and stages of the buying journey.
• Work with the growth team to develop creative va
