Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. This position is responsible for managing and growing client accounts by identifying customer needs, presenting suitable power quality and energy solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams,



and ensuring timely delivery and after-sales support. The Account Executive will track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM or relevant systems, and support business development through lead generation, meetings, and presentations. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning.
Qualifications
• Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, including the ability to build trust and maintain ongoing communication.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience in lead generation, opportunity conversion, and meeting defined sales targets.
• Basic understanding of power quality, electrical systems, or energy solutions, with the ability to learn product features and explain them clearly to customers.
• Proficiency in communication and presentation, including explicit spoken and written English and Hindi, and comfort present
