About the Role
We are urgently hiring a Sales Coach with strong nutrition knowledge and healthcare sales experience. You will speak with prospective members after their doctor consultation, help them understand the recommended MetaGO programme, and guide suitable members towards enrolment. This is consultative healthcare sales, not aggressive selling. You must be commercially confident while staying accurate, empathetic and transparent.

Key Responsibilities
- Speak with qualified prospects after their doctor consultation and understand their health goals, concerns and readiness to begin




- Explain the 6- and 12-month programmes, including doctor consultations, health coaching, diagnostics, medication delivery and continuous monitoring
- Convert suitable prospects into enrolled members through structured, value-led conversations
- Handle questions and objections on programme value, duration, pricing, commitment and process
- Explain nutrition and wellness concepts in clear, reassuring language, without diagnosing or prescribing
- Escalate clinical questions, contraindications or safety concerns to the medical team
- Follow up through Ozonetel, Zoho CRM, WhatsApp and other approved channels
- Keep accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, payments and conversion status
- Ensure every new member gets a transparent explanation of the programme and a smooth onboarding handover
