Key Responsibilities

• Event Consultation and Sales: Handle birthday, celebration, and corporate event enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails, recommending suitable packages based on customer requirements.
• Lead Management and Conversion: Manage enquiries, conduct timely follow-ups, negotiate effectively, and convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with individual customers, HR teams, corporate coordinators, and decision-makers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate with operations and hosting teams to communicate customer requirements and ensure smooth event execution.
• Sales Reporting and Performance:



Maintain accurate lead and booking records, track conversion rates, prepare reports, and achieve monthly sales targets.
