Role Description

The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. This role is responsible for managing the customer experience across the dealership, including greeting and assisting customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up after test drives, bookings,



and service visits. Daily tasks include handling customer feedback and complaints, coordinating with sales and service teams to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems. The Customer Relations Manager will implement customer communication plans, monitor satisfaction levels, and support promotional activities or events to strengthen customer loyalty. The role also involves preparing periodic reports on customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting team members in delivering consistent, high-quality service.
