We are a premium interior design and turnkey execution company specializing in hospitality and commercial projects, delivering high-quality hotels, resorts, villas, corporate offices, and retail spaces. We are expanding our execution team and looking for a energetic Project Manager to lead on-site operations.

? Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of hospitality and commercial interior projects
• Manage site teams, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure project delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Prepare project schedules, BOQs, progress reports, and billing certifications
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
• Monitor material procurement and inventory planning
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and quality benchmarks
• Handle client meetings and provide regular project updates

? Required Skills & Qualifications




• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
• 5–15 years of experience in hospitality or commercial interior execution
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, civil works, MEP coordination, and finishing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Excel
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills
• Ability to handle multiple sites independently
