Role Description The Contract Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts with partners, clients, and vendors to support PInterview’s online services. In this full time remote role, the individual will draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing contract approvals, tracking key terms and deadlines, and maintaining accurate contract records in relevant systems. The role also involves identifying contractual risks, recommending improvements to standard templates and processes, and supporting leadership with contract-related reports and insights. The Contract Manager will contribute to building scalable contract management practices that support PInterview’s growth.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, preferably in a technology or online services environment.
• Strong skills in contract administration, including version control, document management, and tracking renewals and obligations.
