Kyndryl is looking for a highly motivated Business Development and Sales professional to drive growth across Microsoft-related services and solutions. This role focuses on identifying current business opportunities, building qualified sales pipelines, driving co-sell motions, and closing enterprise transformation deals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, business development, solution sales, consulting sales, or Microsoft services sales, with experience selling Microsoft-focused offerings such as Azure, Data & AI, Security, Dynamics 365, ERP/CRM, Cloud Transformation, or Infrastructure Modernization.

Experience We're Looking For
10+ years of Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Consulting Sales, or Solution Sales experience
Proven track record of revenue generation and deal closure
Experience selling Microsoft-related services and solutions

Background in one or more of the following:
• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Data & AI




• Microsoft Security
• Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM
• Cloud Transformation
• Infrastructure Modernization
• Digital Transformation Services

What You'll Do
Drive new business development and enterprise sales growth
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across strategic accounts
Identify and win new-logo opportunities
Collaborate with Microsoft teams on co-sell and joint GTM initiatives
Engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and business leaders to position transformation solutions
Lead opportunities through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
Work closely with consulting, solutioning, and delivery teams to shape customer outcomes
