The candidate should have proven range of experience in project management preferably in Defence domain with adequate field experience, with key competencies as follows (not limited to)
• Managing teams across the project execution value chain
• Fault finding, analysis, resolution;
• Analysis and planning of recent system integration
• Setting up interface units to establish communication with legacy systems;
• Data analysis of interfaces ATM (STM-1), RS422 / RS232, SDLC, MIL STD 1553B, Ethernet, Synchro and Resolver.
• Understanding of EMI / EMC requirements
• Experience of various Radars, weapons & sensors and System Integration.
• Adaptable to managing change requirements
• Carrying out STW, FATs, Site trials together with OEMs and other associated agencies involved in the project
• Create & maintain Documentation
• Effective communicator with good stakeholder management
