This role requires robust interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure that internal programs align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Coordination Plan, organize, and coordinate internal programs, workshops, training sessions, and employee engagement activities. Develop program schedules, timelines, and execution plans.



Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation. Manage program logistics, resources, and documentation.
• Program Facilitation Facilitate internal meetings, workshops, training sessions, and collaborative activities. Encourage active participation and engagement among employees. Ensure program objectives are clearly communicated and understood. Address challenges and resolve issues arising during program execution.
• Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact for internal program-related communication. Collaborate with HR, management, department heads, and employees. Provide regular updates on program progress, milestones, and outcomes. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
