Key Account Management
• Must have relationships with leading hotel chains, hospitality groups, and corporate clients.
• Must have connections with hotel owners, purchase heads, procurement teams, project heads, engineering heads, and decision-makers.
• Manage existing key accounts and identify opportunities to increase business.
• Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat orders and referrals.

Hospitality & Corporate Networking
• Leverage existing relationships with hotel chains, corporate groups, builders, developers, and project consultants.
• Identify upcoming hotel projects, renovations, expansions, and refurbishment requirements.
• Arrange product presentations, client meetings, and business discussions.




• Develop relationships with procurement and project teams to secure product approvals and business opportunities.

Candidate Profile – Must Have
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development.
• Experience in the building materials, interior products, sanitaryware, bath fittings, hardware, tiles, lighting, or related industries.
• Strong existing connections with hotel chains, hospitality groups, corporate procurement teams, or commercial project decision-makers.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and convert leads into business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• A proactive, target-oriented, and commercially driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage key accounts effectively.
