Role Description The Assistant Manager Reservations and Revenue is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing reservations operations and supporting revenue management activities for the hotel.



The role includes managing room reservations across various channels, ensuring accuracy of bookings, and monitoring availability to optimize occupancy and rate. The individual will collaborate with sales and front office teams to coordinate group bookings, corporate accounts, and special packages, while maintaining high standards of guest communication and service. Daily tasks involve updating reservation systems, preparing revenue and occupancy reports, analyzing booking trends, and supporting the implementation of pricing and distribution strategies. The role also includes training and guiding reservations team members, handling escalated guest queries, and ensuring adherence to brand and service standards.
