Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Mumbai. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective customers, focusing on technology-driven enterprises and startups in need of DevOps and monitoring solutions. Day-to-day activities include researching target accounts, conducting outbound calls and emails,



nurturing leads, and scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, collaborating with marketing and sales to refine messaging, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs. The successful candidate will contribute to building a strong pipeline and supporting revenue growth for Zoos Global.
