Job Overview:
The consultant will be part of IQVIA’s Incentive Compensation (IC) Consulting team, supporting global and affiliate‑level clients in designing, assessing, and operationalizing incentive plans, goal‑setting methodologies, and related sales force effectiveness (SFE) solutions. The role requires strong analytical acumen, client‑facing skills, and a solid understanding of pharma sales models.

Job Responsibility:
• Past experience in supporting end‑to‑end design of IC plans including KPI identification, metric definitions, pay‑curve design, payout logic, mechanics, and modeling — aligned to IC principles observed in internal frameworks (e.g., fairness, simplicity, performance‑driven).
• Having experience in developing goal‑setting methodologies for mature brands, launches, and special roles (e.g., KAMs),



using techniques referenced across internal IC capability materials.
• Build IC models for payout simulation, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing using Excel or IQVIA platforms referenced in IC offerings.
• Client Engagement & Solution Delivery - translate analytics and insights into clear, concise storylines and recommendations, as seen in IC proposal and capability documents.
• Support delivery of workshops, plan design sessions, and stakeholder presentations. Draft client‑ready deliverables: assessment reports, plan design decks, modeling summaries, and communication materials.
• Project & Stakeholder Management - Manage workstreams independently with minimal supervision — ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and proactive risk escalation.
• Contribute to knowledge creation such as benchmarking reports, solution accelerators, and best‑practice frameworks.
• Good to robust understanding of IC processes: plan design, goal‑setting, payout modeli
