Role Description The Customer Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The individual in this role will interact with customers in person and via phone or digital channels to respond to inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues promptly. Daily responsibilities include handling customer requests, documenting interactions, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate teams, and ensuring that follow-up actions are completed.
