Employment Type: Full-Time,6 days a week
Experience: 12–18 Years (including 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role)
Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification, Command of SAP/ERP systems, and exceptional knowledge in using AI agents for MIS reporting and business intelligence.

Role Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, risk management, and business profitability.



The candidate should have strong leadership skills, and the ability to support business growth through effective financial decision-making.

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate to the highest industry standards, with a performance bonus clause.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Strategy
• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare annual budgets, business plans, financial forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.

2. Budgeting & Cost Control
• Establish budgetary controls and monitor actual performance against budgets.
• Analyze project-wise, department-wise, and company-wide costs and profitability.
• Monitor cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement effective cost-control measures without compromising quality or business perf
