We seek a passionate Senior Credit Manager to join our Real Estate Developer Finance team, where you will ensure financial integrity and build relationships across the industry.

Job Title: Senior Credit Manager - Real Estate Developer Finance (Senior Manager / AVP level)
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
• Credit underwriting and analysing current proposals by performing detailed cash flow analysis, financial analysis, financial modelling, deal memo preparation, and assisting zonal managers towards successful closure of deals.
• Assisting zonal heads/team leads in standardisation of processes and various MIS maintained by the credit team (HOT, sanction letter, deal MIS, cash flow models, etc)
• Post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies, including financial and operational performance, preparation of periodic reports for internal and external use, and other support required for portfolio management
• Assist compliance and risk teams in regular audits and other data points




• Assess client and project creditworthiness to build a strong foundation. Conduct thorough financial analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and present strategic recommendations. Develop and enforce credit policies that foster growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with teams to secure financing for impactful projects.
• Mentor junior analysts and nurture a skilled team.
• Stay informed on market trends to enhance our strategies.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; minimum of 8 years of credit management or financial analysis experience in real estate finance.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and financial data analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
