We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and engage with our growing audience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities
• Define product positioning, pricing inputs, and promotional strategies to improve brand performance
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and overall online brand presence.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Collaborate closely with sales and distribution teams to align brand initiatives with revenue objectives
• Manage advertising, PR, exhibitions, dealer branding, and media planning activities




• Drive new product launches with strong go-to-market planning and impactful branding execution
• Coordinate with design and creative teams for marketing collaterals, packaging, and visual identity
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners
• Track brand KPIs, campaign ROI, and performance metrics; recommend optimization strategies
• Manage and monitor marketing budgets effectively.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing (sanitaryware / tiles / building materials preferred
• Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign management, and digital marketin
• Solid understanding of consumer behavior and competitive landscape
• Experience handling multi-channel marketing campaigns and budget
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
