Role Description The MICE Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing leads,



and building long-term relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners. The role involves preparing proposals and quotations, pitching customized MICE solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The MICE Sales Executive will coordinate closely with operations and travel teams to ensure seamless execution of confirmed events, maintain updated sales reports and CRM records, and track market trends and competitor activities. The position also includes attending client meetings, industry events, and familiarization trips as needed to strengthen business networks and enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
• Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Experience in MICE, corporate travel, hospitality, or event management, with understanding of meetings, conferences, incentives, and exhibitions workflows.
