About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Offline Marketing Executive for Bewakoof to support the growth and visibility of our retail business. This role will execute store launches, retail marketing campaigns, local activations, influencer collaborations, and other on-ground marketing initiatives across multiple cities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced D2C and retail environment, have strong coordination and execution skills, and be able to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and timelines. The role will play a key part in strengthening the brand's offline presence while ensuring consistency with its overall brand identity and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Marketing & Retail Operations
• Support the planning and execution of current store launches across multiple cities, along with marketing initiatives for existing stores.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of store-level marketing activities.
• Ensure the timely delivery, installation,



and display of branding elements, visual merchandising (VM) assets, and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
• Conduct regular store audits to assess marketing visibility, brand compliance, and execution quality.
• Manage localised marketing requirements based on city, mall, and store-specific needs.

2. Offline Campaign Execution
• Execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, including mall activations, pop-ups, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign planning and execution activities to ensure adherence to timelines and brand guidelines.
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless on-ground execution.
• Monitor campaign progress and resolve operational challenges to ensure timely and effective delivery.
