COWBERRY is looking for a skilled, strategic, and result-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our financial processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimising costs, and driving financial efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, billing, payments, receipts, and ledger management.
• Manage and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings.
• Review and perform bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and petty cash management.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.




• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the required financial information and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and financial regulations.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.
• Review accounting entries and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper financial documentation and accounting processes.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, expenses, tax documents, and other financial transactions.
• Support management with financial MIS, analysis, and reports as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting systems.
