Roles and Responsibilities:
• Analyze real estate, lease, asset accounting, and finance processes and translate business requirements into SAP RE-FX solutions.
• Configure and maintain SAP RE-FX functionality while ensuring accurate and consistent master and transactional data.
• Support real estate transactions, contract processes, property-related activities, and integration with finance and asset accounting.
• Lead requirement workshops, solution validation, user support, and end-user training for SAP RE-FX processes.
• Investigate production issues, coordinate with technical teams, and deliver enhancements, integrations, and data migration activities.

Skills Required:
• 6-12 years of SAP experience, including substantial hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX.




• Hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX / SAP Real Estate Flexible Management.
• Robust understanding of SAP FI-AA and finance processes relevant to real estate accounting.
• Experience configuring SAP RE-FX solutions and supporting end-to-end real estate business processes.
• Ability to work with technical teams on integrations, data migration, testing, and solution validation.

Valuable to Have:
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, lease administration, contract management, property management, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Migration Cockpit, or SAP Solution Manager.
• SAP RE-FX certification is desirable.

Education: B.E., MBA, CA, or MCA.
