Role Description The Front Office Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, and answering phone calls and inquiries at the front desk. The role includes coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, maintaining accurate guest records, processing payments, and ensuring that lobby and reception areas are presentable at all times. The Front Office Executive will address guest concerns,



provide information about hotel services and local attractions, and support smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills, including managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and front desk systems.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Prior experience in hospitality or front office roles is preferred, along with familiarity with hotel property management or reservation software.
• Ability to work in shifts, maintain composure under pressure, and demonstrate attention to detail and reliability.
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
