Role Description The Maintenance Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of packaging equipment and related systems. This role involves performing routine inspections, executing scheduled maintenance, and responding to equipment issues to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Specialist will diagnose mechanical and basic electrical problems, carry out repairs, and coordinate with production teams to support continuous operations. The role also includes maintaining accurate maintenance records,



following safety protocols, and suggesting improvements to maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair activities.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for mechanical and basic electrical issues.
• Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in packaging or related sectors.
• Knowledge of safety standards, use of hand and power tools, and ability to read technical manuals or schematics.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
