Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and C#.
• Build, enhance, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using .NET technologies.
• Develop automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing when required to validate application functionality.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and QA team members to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis of application defects and test automation failures.




• Review automation scripts and testing deliverables to ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status updates for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall testing processes.

Required Technical Skills
• C# and .NET: Solid programming skills, object-oriented programming, and experience developing automation solutions.
• Selenium WebDriver: Expertise in browser automation, locators, waits, handling dynamic web elements, and cross-browser testing.
• Test Automation Frameworks: Experience designing and maintaining data-driven, keyword-driven, or hybrid frameworks.
