Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) with 5-6 years of relevant experience in the NBFC or Banking domain. The candidate must have strong functional knowledge of Loan Management System (LMS), along with a positive understanding of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL. Knowledge of Loan Origination System (LOS) and Collections & Recovery processes will be considered an added advantage.

The candidate will act as a bridge between Business, Operations, Product, and Technology teams and will support requirement gathering, functional analysis, solution documentation, impact assessment, testing, implementation, and post-production stabilization.

Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Management

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• Understand existing business processes, application workflows, and integration dependencies.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows,



functional specifications, and data mapping documents.
• Translate business requirements into clear and implementable functional specifications.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs with Business, Development, QA, Database, Integration, and Vendor teams.
• Identify functional gaps, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and system limitations.
• Perform functional and system impact analysis and maintain requirement traceability.

LMS Domain Expertise

• Customer and loan account creation, loan booking, and boarding.
• Loan disbursement and repayment schedule generation.
• EMI and non-EMI payment processing, interest calculation, and installment management.
• Charges, penalties, waivers, refunds, part-payment, prepayment, foreclosure, and closure.
• Loan restructuring, rescheduling, customer servicing, and delinquency handling.
