Role Overview
We are seeking an intellectually curious, dynamic, and driven individual who is eager to build a serious career in litigation and dispute resolution.



This role is designed for young legal professionals who possess an appetite for continuous learning, take proactive ownership of tasks, and are prepared to handle substantive courtroom and chamber responsibilities from day one.

Key Responsibilities
• Drafting & Pleading Preparation: Assist in drafting civil suits, commercial plaints, written statements, writ petitions, trademark oppositions/rectifications, interlocutory applications, and legal notices.
• Legal Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough case law and statutory research using primary databases (SCC Online, Manupatra) to formulate case theories, compile case digests, and prepare senior briefs.
• Court Appearances & Registry Liaison: Assist during hearings and attend proceedings before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, Commercial Courts, NCLT, and the Trade Marks Registry.
• Matter Management: Track daily cause lists, manage court filings and procedural compliances, index bri
