Role Description The Tele sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting Alt DRX’s real estate investment offerings, and converting leads into active investors. The Tele sales Executive will handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information about tokenized real estate products,



and guide customers through onboarding and KYC processes. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts and calling strategies. The role also requires delivering consistent, professional customer interactions that build trust and support long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers from the data provided
• Introduce the company’s products or services clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and answer their queries
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales or appointments
• Handle incoming calls and callbacks when required
• Update call outcomes, customer details and follow-up dates accurately in the CRM or Excel
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targ
