Role Description The Portfolio Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana,Punjab, India. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of comprising of corporate SME customers,



ensuring high levels of service quality and client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with clients, understanding their financial needs, recommending appropriate banking products, and monitoring account activity to identify opportunities and risks. The Portfolio Relationship Manager collaborates with internal teams to support onboarding, documentation, credit processes, and resolution of customer issues, while adhering to regulatory and bank compliance standards. The role also involves meeting portfolio growth and revenue targets through cross-selling, up-selling, and proactive relationship management.

Qualifications
• MBA/CA with relevant experience of 4 years and above.
• Solid relationship management and client-facing skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and build long-term trust.
• Good knowledge of retail and/or corporate banking produc
