DEZIGNL is seeking an experienced, commercially driven and research-oriented International Business Development Specialist to expand our architectural and interior design outsourcing services across the European market.
Key Responsibilities• Independently research and identify potential clients, primarily in the Netherlands.
• Develop and execute targeted international B2B client-acquisition strategies.
• Identify key decision-makers within architecture, interior design and BIM consultancy firms.
• Generate qualified leads, initiate meaningful business relationships and secure client meetings.
• Support business negotiations and conversion of opportunities into projects.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline with measurable progress.

Ideal Candidate• 3–7 years of experience in international business development, preferably within AEC,



BIM, CAD or design outsourcing.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring European or other international clients.
• Strong market research, strategic thinking, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems and B2B prospecting tools.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Immediate ObjectiveIdentify qualified architectural and interior design outsourcing opportunities in the Netherlands and arrange potential client meetings during our representative's visit in December 2026–January 2027.
