About Polyqurl
Polyqurl Technologies is a digital engineering studio in Surat delivering CAD design, FEA/CFD analysis, robotics and embedded systems, and software for clients in India and abroad. Our work ranges from consumer robots and precision mechanisms to automotive accessories and industrial products.

The role
You’ll take products from concept to manufacturing-ready designs, working directly with our robotics, electronics and analysis teams on real client projects from day one.

What you’ll do
• Create 3D models, assemblies and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks
• Develop mechanisms, enclosures, brackets and sheet-metal parts for robotics and product projects
• Apply GD&T;, tolerance stack-ups and design-for-manufacturing (machining, sheet metal, 3D printing, injection molding)
• Prepare BOMs and maintain clean, well-organized CAD data
• Support prototyping, testing and design iterations with vendors and the in-house team
• Work with the FEA team to validate and refine designs
• Communicate design progress clearly with clients and internal teams





What we’re looking for
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production Engineering
• 1–3 years of hands-on mechanical design experience
• Strong command of SolidWorks (must): part, assembly, drawing, sheet metal
• Working knowledge of Onshape, AutoCAD or Fusion 360
• Solid understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T; and manufacturing processes
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication in English

Valuable to have
• CSWA / CSWP certification
• Exposure to robotics, mechanisms or consumer products
• Basic FEA (SolidWorks Simulation or ANSYS)
• Experience with rendering (KeyShot, Visualize)
