Mstack is a fast-growing, AI-led specialty chemicals company backed by Lightspeed and Alpha Wave, serving 200+ enterprise customers globally across Oil & Gas, Agrochemicals, CASE, Personal Care, and Food & Nutrition ingredients. We’re growing our Food & Nutrition business across India and looking for salespeople at every stage of their career, from people a year or two into B2B sales to senior leaders who can build and run a region.

What you’ll do
• Find and win new customers among food, beverage, dairy, bakery, confectionery, nutraceutical and health supplement manufacturers.
• Grow existing accounts by understanding what each customer needs in formulation, sourcing and supply.
• Work with our category, procurement and R&D; teams to put together the right ingredient solution for each customer.
• Own your pipeline end to end: prospecting, sampling, pricing, negotiation, closing and repeat business.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activity and new opportunities in your territory.

Who we’re looking for




• B2B sales experience in food ingredients, nutrition ingredients, nutraceuticals or specialty chemicals. We’re hiring at every level, from early-career to senior and regional leadership roles.
• Existing relationships with R&D;, purchase or technical teams at F&B; or nutraceutical companies are a solid plus.
• Familiarity with ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, hydrocolloids, sweeteners or functional ingredients.
• A science background (Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotech, Pharma) is preferred. Strong commercial ability matters just as much.
• Self-driven, target-focused and comfortable working with a lot of independence.
