Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage client RA bills, subcontractor bills, and running account statements.
• Verify measurements, BOQs, rates, quantities, and supporting documents before billing.
• Coordinate with Project, QS, Procurement, and Finance teams for timely bill submission and certification.
• Track work progress against BOQ and identify quantity/rate variations.
• Prepare variation statements, reconciliation statements, and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor bills and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Maintain project-wise billing records, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Support cost control, revenue tracking, and project commercial closure.




• Coordinate with clients/consultants for bill certification and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure billing documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with project contracts.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in billing/commercials, preferably in Interior Fit-out, Design & Build, Construction, or Real Estate.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, rate analysis, RA billing, variations, and reconciliation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and billing/project management software.
• Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet billing deadlines.
