Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented City Lead – Last Mile Operations to manage city-level logistics, drive last-mile delivery performance, and optimize dark store operations in a fast-paced quick commerce environment.




Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end last-mile delivery operations across Bengaluru.
• Drive rider fleet productivity, delivery SLAs, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor dark store KPIs, PPI, packer productivity, and inventory audits.
• Lead new dark store launches, team onboarding, and operational readiness.
• Track performance metrics and implement process improvements to achieve operational targets.
• Enhance customer experience, reduce delivery timelines, and improve overall city performance.

Required Candidate Profile• 6–10 years of experience in Last Mile Operations, Logistics, or Quick Commerce.
• Proven experience managing city-level or cluster-level operations.
• Prior experience as a City Lead or in a senior leadership role within quick commerce is preferred.
• Strong expertise in rider fleet management, dark store operations, and operational KPIs.
