JOB DESCRIPTION
• Position: Executive – Sales & Marketing
• Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
• Experience: 1–3 years; freshers with relevant aptitude may apply

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Graduate in any discipline; a background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably in real estate, property sales, or a related field. Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




• Comfortable with fieldwork, customer meetings, and property site visits.
• Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, and CRM tools; willingness to learn new systems.
• A self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a professional and customer-first approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, referrals, digital enquiries, and other channels.
• Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements, present suitable residential and commercial properties, and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Sales & Conversions: Manage the sales journey from the initial enquiry and site visit to negotiation, booking, and coordination through possession.
• Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property walkthroughs and communicate project features, pricing, amenities, and key USPs effectively.
