About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Director of Business & Revenue Growth to lead enterprise sales, acquire new clients, and expand strategic accounts across the US and India.
The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in enterprise B2B sales, new business acquisition, and revenue growth, with relevant experience selling UX/UI design, product strategy, UX research, design systems, or related consulting services.
This role requires an individual who can build a sales pipeline from scratch, establish relationships with senior decision-makers, lead complex enterprise sales cycles, and personally contribute to measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Sales & New Client Acquisition
• Identify, qualify,



and acquire new enterprise clients across the US and India through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities, targeting Fortune 500 and high-growth product and technology companies.
• Develop relationships with CPOs, Chief Design Officers, VPs/SVPs of Product, Design Directors, and Innovation Leaders.
• Lead client discovery, solution positioning, proposals, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.

2. Strategic Account Growth & Revenue Expansion
• Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts, driving revenue through expanded engagements and new service opportunities.
• Identify opportunities across product design, design systems, UX research, design operations, product strategy, and digital innovation.
