Role Description The Service Support Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. The individual in this role will provide technical support for food inspection equipment, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service for metal detectors,



checkweighers, X-ray and vision systems, and related solutions. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing field service visits at customer sites, documenting service activities, and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems. The Service Support Engineer will collaborate closely with the customer support and sales teams, train customer personnel on proper use and basic maintenance of systems, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with Pulsotronic India’s solutions.
Qualifications
